Your happiness is extremely important to me and I want to give you an awesome experience. Although session fees are non-refundable, I am happy to schedule a re-shoot (at no extra charge) should the images I create for you not be technically or creatively consistent with my portfolio and will be up to my final discretion.
Re-shoots will not be free if you are unhappy with your clothing choice, your weight or hair style.
Proofs of albums and other specialty print products will be emailed in PDF format and products are not ordered until you have approved the final design. Once the design is approved, your order will be submitted and payment is due. Albums and other specialty print products are not returnable.
