I am an Edmonton based photographer (relocating to Vancouver BC in October 2010), and I love photographing individuals, couples, weddings and boudoir. If you are interested in booking a session, please send me an email!
I have always had a passion for photography. When I was eight years old, I recieved a red 110mm film camera for Christmas. I still have the photos I took of my barbies lined up on my dresser, in some kind of fashion shoot. I also distinctly remember coercing my best friend to be a swimsuit model in the summer after grade 4. During high school I was always the photographer of the group, snapping photos of my friends and I, and even a few shots of cute boys when they weren’t looking!
I finally picked up a dSLR in September 08 and started taking pictures of everything and anything. My dog, Jinx is a frequent model (I have exclusive photographic rights haha) and you can be a fan of him on facebook! I wanted to keep some variety in my new found hobby and asked some friends to model for me. After that I was hooked! I shot my very first boudoir marathon in November 08 and the rest is history.
Photography is still a hobby for me even though it’s how I make a living. I force myself to have spare time and in that time I will go out to shoot random things like plants, flowers, grass, trees, Jinx, textured surfaces and architecture. I also like taking photos of my food. Yeah. I’m weird like that.
I shoot with a Canon 5dmkii and prime lenses. My favorite lens right now is my 35mm f/1.4L.

My wonderful husband deserves a mention on the site too. He told me I should say that he is awesome and smart (and a few other things I won’t mention). Seriously though, Chad is my second shooter, office manager and an Apple Genius. He also likes to torture people at Crossfit Edmonton.
Chad and I were married on Maui on June 9 2008. It was the best day of my life.

We are best friends – loving him makes me a better person as well as a better photographer.
